About Rich Tu:
Rich Tu is an award-winning artist and creative in New York City. He is an Executive Creative Director & Partner at Sunday Afternoon. In addition, Rich has held creative leadership roles at Jones Knowles Ritchie, MTV Entertainment Group, and Nike Inc. He has previously won the ADC Young Guns award and recently received the prestigious Paul Manship Medallion for significant contributions to the Art Directors Club and creative industry.
Rich Tu received his BFA in Communication at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, before seeking his Masters Degree in Illustration at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Rich gives back to his alma mater as a professor of design at SVA, and to the creative community at large as the co-founder of the COLORFUL awards with the One Club for Creativity, dedicated to creating opportunities for early career creatives.
Recently, Rich was commissioned to design the poster for the FIFA World Cup in NYNJ. Creatively, his focus is on emerging audiences and energetic brands that benefit from an eclectic and unique point of view.
